本生产线主要为聚烯烃管材加工专门设计、制作，而GF系列管材辅机生产线亦可用作其他塑料的加工。挤出机、GF系列管材集先进性、可靠性和实用性为一体，为用户生产高品质的塑料管材提供了强有力的保证。
该生产线采用高效单螺杆挤出机，配置挤出模具、真空定径、喷淋、牵引、行星切割、PLC微电脑控制系统。
This production line is mainly designed and manufactured for the processing of polyolefin pipes, and the GF series pipe auxiliary production line can also be used for the processing of other plastics. The extruder and GF series pipes integrate progressiveness, reliability and practicality, providing a strong guarantee for users to produce high-quality plastic pipes.
This production line adopts an efficient single screw extruder, equipped with extrusion molds, vacuum sizing, spraying, traction, planetary cutting, and PLC microcomputer control system.

造粒工艺
Granulation process
HDPE ，其主要来源于管子、单丝、桶片子、油桶、瓶子，包括酒桶、化妆品瓶、洗涤精瓶、他们都统称为中空级塑料。
HDPE造粒工艺：
1、收集废旧的HDPE塑料，然后通过破碎机将其破碎成较小的碎片。
2、将破碎后的HDPE塑料通过螺杆挤出机进行熔融。熔融后的塑料通过口模挤出，并由切粒装置切割成一定长度的小颗粒。
3、切割好的颗粒经过冷却和筛选，去除不符合规格的颗粒，最终得到均匀的HDPE塑料颗粒。这些颗粒可以用于制造各种塑料制品。
这一工艺流程相对简单，成本较低，制品应用广泛，是HDPE塑料造粒的常用方法。
