The production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a cutting machine, and a flipping rack combination. Specially designed for wood plastic products, the screw ensures better plasticization and higher yield. The bimetallic material of the barrel screw makes it more wear-resistant and has a longer service life.

The produced wood plastic products have the advantages of non decay, non deformation, non fading, insect resistance, good fire resistance, no cracking, and can be sawn and planed for easy production without maintenance.
